Carrollton is about 18 miles from our shop in a straight line, and the actual drive through Malvern or Minerva takes longer than that number suggests on hilly two-lane roads. We regularly work in Malvern, Minerva, Waynesburg, East Rochester and Magnolia, and Carrollton jobs are usually scheduled on days we are already headed that way.

Given the drive, what you do in the first ten minutes matters. Shut the main water valve. On a well system, also switch off the well pump breaker so it stops refilling the lines. Our maintenance agreement is $189 per year or $378 for three years and includes a yearly inspection, priority service, emergency support, 10% off labor and materials, and no service-charge minimums.
