If You Smell Gas

The rotten-egg smell added to natural gas and propane is a warning. Leave the house right away and do not use light switches, phones or anything that could spark until you are outside. Call your gas utility or propane supplier from a safe distance. Once they have shut off the supply and cleared the home, we can locate and repair the leak and test the system before it goes back into service.

Malvern has a mix of older homes near the center and newer houses on the edges. When Water Is the Problem

The Residential Plumbing Maintenance Agreement is $189 per year or $378 for three years. It includes an annual inspection, priority service, emergency support, 10% off labor and materials, and no service-charge minimums. It renews automatically and transfers if you sell. In a home with gas appliances, the yearly look at the water heater and connections is time well spent.
