It helps to label the main shutoff valve with a tag so anyone in the house can find it quickly. If a pipe bursts, turn that valve off, open a faucet on the lowest floor and switch off the water heater. It includes an annual inspection, priority service, emergency support, 10% off labor and materials and no service-charge minimums, renews automatically and transfers to a new owner.
