Large soaking tubs and multi-head showers use more hot water than a standard tank may supply. If your upgrade includes those features, it is worth talking about water heating at the same time. A larger tank, a high-recovery model or a tankless water heater may be the answer. Tankless units often need a bigger gas line and new venting, so we check that first. Order all the trim for one room at the same time from the same source so the color matches, and open the boxes when they arrive to check for damage.
